- Achievement of financial and performance budgets for the branch
- Formulate and implement best practice in managing the branch, focussing on achieving high levels of customer service and developing a team-based culture

Main requirements of job:
- Sales/customer service experience in merchant or a related industry desirable
- Good communication
- People management skills essential
- Must be team oriented
- Good organisational skills
